1. Promoters

This promotion is conducted by Mountain & Moon and Fluff (the "Promoters").

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:00pm (noon) AWST on Thursday 22 October 2026 and closes at 12:00pm (noon) AWST on Thursday 29 October 2026.

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

To enter, entrants must:

• Be aged 18 years or over;
• Be residents of Australia;
• Submit a valid email address through the official competition entry form;
• Comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Employees, directors, officers and immediate family members of the Promoters and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry

To enter, eligible entrants must visit the official Mountain & Moon x Fluff giveaway landing page on the Mountain & Moon website and complete the competition entry form during the Promotion Period.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, late or invalid entries will not be accepted.

5. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive the following prize package:

• Mountain & Moon: One (1) AU$250 Mountain & Moon gift voucher.
• Fluff: One (1) Fluff Cloud Collection.

Mountain & Moon Gift Voucher Conditions

• The Mountain & Moon gift voucher is valued at AU$250.
• The voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date it is received by the winner.
• The voucher must be redeemed within this twelve (12) month period. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• The voucher is redeemable for eligible purchases made through the official Mountain & Moon online store or the Perth Boutique.
• If the total purchase value exceeds AU$250, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.
• The voucher is subject to Mountain & Moon's standard gift voucher terms and conditions, where applicable.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If any prize component becomes unavailable, the Promoters may substitute an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approval where required.

6. Winner Selection

This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Thursday 29 October 2026 at 12:00pm AWST.

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoters may conduct a redraw, subject to applicable laws and permit conditions.

The Promoters' decision is final, subject to applicable law.

7. General

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits misleading or fraudulent information or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval, the Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond their reasonable control affect its administration, security, fairness or integrity.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not responsible for any loss, damage, expense or liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoters accept no responsibility for technical failures, lost or delayed entries or circumstances beyond their reasonable control that may affect participation.

8. Privacy & Marketing Communications

By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that Mountain & Moon will collect their personal information, including their email address, for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.

Entrants' personal information will also be shared with Fluff for the administration of this joint promotion.

Where entrants have provided their express consent, Mountain & Moon and Fluff may each use their personal information to send email marketing communications, including newsletters, product launches, promotions and exclusive offers.

Marketing consent will be obtained through the competition entry form. Each brand will only send marketing communications to entrants for whom it holds valid consent.

Entrants may unsubscribe from either brand's marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not invalidate an otherwise eligible competition entry.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the respective Privacy Policies of Mountain & Moon and Fluff.

9. Withdrawal

Entrants wishing to withdraw their entry from the promotion may contact hello@mountainandmoon.com.au before the Promotion Period closes.
