Mountain and Moon is seeking a talented and self-driven Content Creator to bring our visual identity to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in producing elevated, campaign-worthy content that reflects a luxury aesthetic and brand tone.

Working closely with our Founders and Brand Manager, you’ll take ownership of content production across Instagram, Meta Ads, Pinterest, and more—delivering polished visuals that drive engagement and support brand growth. 

Key Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and edit premium still and video content for both organic and paid channels
  
  

• Collaborate closely with our founders and team to shape the digital voice of the brand, including creating aesthetic, on-brand content featuring our founders in-office
  
  

• Develop refined, editorial-style Reels for brand campaigns
  
  

• Manage scheduling and posting across Instagram feed, Reels, and Stories, including writing caption copy
  
  

• Produce in-store and behind-the-scenes content that aligns with current campaigns
  
  

• Support campaign shoots with content execution, including on-location assistance and videography
  
  

• Identify relevant trends and interpret them through the lens of the Mountain & Moon brand
  
  

• Maintain alignment with our visual direction and brand aesthetic in all content
  
  

• Collaborate with the Brand Manager on weekly content planning and rollout
  
  

• Present innovative content ideas and strategies to enhance engagement and follower growth
  
  

• Monitor content performance, analyse metrics, and make strategic recommendations based on insights
  
  

• Stay up to date with the social media landscape, tools, and trends—serving as the team’s social media expert
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A strong appreciation and understanding of the Mountain & Moon brand, story, and aesthetic
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, ideally within fashion or e-commerce
  
  

• Must be Perth-based
  
  

• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Suite
  
  

• Elevated creative eye and aesthetic, with strong skills in photo, video, and design
  
  

• Advanced video editing capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar
  
  

• Proven experience developing campaign-led Reels and high-performing video assets
  
  

• Excellent understanding of content strategy and platform-specific best practices
  
  

• Sharp eye for detail, visual storytelling, and brand alignment
  
  

• Confidence both behind the camera and in directing creative output
  
  

• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple content needs independently
  
  

• Ability to generate fresh content ideas that bring the brand to life
  
  

• Always-on approach to Instagram stories, utilising collections, press and UGC assets
  
  

• Passionate about the social media landscape and producing high-quality, on-brand content
