About the Role

Mountain & Moon is looking for a visionary Social Media & Creative Producer to bring our statement jewellery brand to life across every digital touchpoint. From polished & aspirational Instagram campaigns to an on-brand TikTok presence, editorial-inspired imagery to behind-the-scenes storytelling — this is your chance to shape how the world experiences Mountain & Moon.

This is a role for a true creative who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment. You’ll work closely with our Founders and Brand Manager to dream up content concepts, capture beautiful moments, and craft stories that resonate with our community of jewellery lovers.

Your Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

• Execute the content calendar across organic social, ads, and email marketing.
  
  

• Ideate and produce engaging content concepts for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and EDM’s.
  
  

• Shape our luxe, statement-making visual storytelling — from product launches to lifestyle campaigns.
  
  

• Capture behind-the-scenes, in-store, and on-location content that gives our audience a window into the Mountain & Moon world.
  
  

• Collaborate with the Brand Manager to plan the calendar, align on campaigns, and share learnings across the team.
  
  

Content Creation & Design

• Film, edit, and publish short-form videos and imagery that sparkle across platforms.
  
  

• Design striking social and digital assets (stories, carousels, banners, product visuals).
  
  

• Create on-brand EDMs and newsletters, including automated flows, that engage and inspire our community.
  
  

• Deliver ad-ready assets and campaign visuals that feel polished but with the Mountain & Moon edge.
  
  

• Publish and schedule content across organic social channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging flow.
  
  

• Integrate UGC & EGC assets into campaigns to enhance authenticity and community engagement.
  
  

Community & Storytelling

• Bring our jewellery collections to life through storytelling that connects and converts.
  
  

• Keep a finger on the pulse of fashion and culture, tapping into trends with an MM twist.
  
  

• Collaborate with creators and the wider team to ensure content always feels authentic, polished, and on-brand.
  
  

• Analyse content performance and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance engagement and conversion.

What We’re Looking For

• A natural storyteller with a sharp visual eye and a passion for jewellery, fashion, and luxe aesthetics.
  
  

• Skilled in short-form video creation and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  
  

• Confident designing in Adobe Suite.
  
  

• Experience creating and scheduling EDMs/newsletters, with a solid grasp of email marketing and automated flows.
  
  

• Socially savvy — you know what’s trending and how to adapt it with elegance and originality.
  
  

• Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple projects while keeping everything on-brand and on-time.
  
  

• Someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
