A Queen after our own hearts, Maxine once told us that she feels like if she was a jewellery brand, she would be us! Hey gorgeous! For those who dont know you yet, could you tell us who you are and what you do?

Hey!! My name is Maxine and I am a fashion blogger on the gram, sharing what I love with the interwebs and creating fun & colourful fashion content!

What's your sign baby?

I'm a Taurus sun... and if we want to get right into it, Leo Moon and Aries Rising... I know, lots of fire in there!!

Your signature aesthetic could have so many beautiful words to describe it (cue descriptors like stunning, rainbow, bubbly, dreamy, chic, fun etc)... but if we had to choose just one word it would be 'happy'. Your looks really do make us happy! Where do you get your style inspiration from?

Eeeep! Thank you! This makes me so happy to hear! I think I have always been very creative even as a child, I used to be a singer/songwriter growing up and pursued that at a tertiary level, then completed a bachelor of interior design THEN somehow landed on IG sharing my outfits! So i think my inspo definitely comes from a range of different places, such as interiors, songs i listen to (and artists... *coughs* Harry Styles marry me), magazines and all the amazing girls I follow on the gram! The explore page is my absolute favourite. If you are ever lacking inspo, hit refresh on that baby and wait for the inspo to flood through!

WFH was taken to the next level during your extremely long lockdown in Melbourne recently. How did you stay motivated to keep wowing us all with your chic & fabulous content?

That was definitely an intense time!! And a really challenging period of time to create fresh and exciting content on a regular basis. I think most days I struggled and was a little hard on myself. It wasn't until I took a step back and remembered to put my own unique spin on my content that I started creating work that felt like me. For anyone experiencing the WFH creative block - it's totally normal! Let yourself ride it out, your next great idea will come to you exactly when it's meant to so dont put pressure on yourself to be creating 24/7! In the meantime, watch the SATC series 4 times like I did haha!

We are high key obsessed with finding out other women's morning routines. What's yours? And don't be afraid to spill the beans on that glowing complexion of yours!

OMG you two have such gorgeous glowing skin... tell me yours!! Haha! Mine is super low key; wake up, wash my face (right now I'm loving the Fenty Skin cleanser OR Kate Somerville goat milk cleanser) then go in with my usual routine of B Hydra (Drunk Elephant we love you) a vitamin C serum (Summer Fridays have an amazing one!!!) and then whichever moisturiser i decide on, today it's the Tatcha Dewy Skin cream, it gives you the most gorgeous glow!!

If our circumstances were different right now (hello pandemic!) and you could go anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would you go and why?

OOOH! I love this, let's dream for a second here hehe. I have been dying to go to either Stockholm or Amsterdam, for obvious reasons. I feel like I would just fall in love with the architecture, interiors, fashion and people... and never want to come home haha!

Best advice from your mama?

Be humble.

Any 2021 goals or dreams you want to say out loud?

Ummmm MAXINE WYLDE THE BRAND?? Yes please... also somehow make it to fashion week... maybe thats a goal for next year when we can possibly travel again!

You're a true muse to us Maxine, who is your muse?

Omg you are the sweetest!! I think I have so many in terms of style, Carrie Bradshaw DUH, Harry Styles (lol obsessed much) Elsa Hosk has the coolest interior vibes, I'm constantly saving Maria Bernard's effortlessly cool IG posts and so many more gals on the gram! I honestly take so much inspo from everyone I come across, I truly believe everyone of us has something unique to share with the world and I LOVE seeing that come through on the gram!!

PRAISE THEM ALRIGHT!! Love that they brought us together! I think my all time favs are the Alexandra Earrings, they're my most asked about earrings for sure!! Also loving the Dina Earrings in the Blue Chalcedony from the latest collection, you guys are insanely good at what you do!!
